Skill Set Specialists provides recruitment assistance services to companies (“Clients”) looking to fill job positions with qualified candidates. Our services include but are not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and matching services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about job vacancies, requirements, and any other relevant details necessary for Skill Set Specialists to provide effective recruitment services.

3. Candidate Selection

Skill Set Specialists will present candidates to Clients based on the information provided. Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates for employment. Skill Set Specialists does not guarantee the suitability or performance of any candidate.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are outlined in the agreement between Skill Set Specialists and the Client. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Any applicant or candidate references that are forwarded to the clients are strictly confidential and shall not be discussed with the applicant.

The applicant details are strictly confidential – you are requested not to contact any of the applicant’s current or previous employers without skillset specialists and/or the applicant’s prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Skill Set Specialists website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Skill Set Specialists and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skill Set Specialists will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve the Client of any payment obligations for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Skill Set Specialists reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
